1 General Provisions & Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the entity operating the qt77 platform ("qt77", "we", "us") and any user of the platform ("you", "user").

3 Age Restriction & Eligibility

4 Account Security & Password

5 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

Payments on qt77 are handled entirely through Bangladesh's mobile banking methods. We currently support the following: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.

Deposit terms:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (applicable to all methods).
• Only a mobile banking account registered in your own name may be used for deposits.
• Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted and will be considered a breach of the Terms.

Withdrawal terms:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be held until any applicable bonus wagering requirements are met.

6 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering

qt77 offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own specific terms that must be read carefully before claiming.

Welcome bonus terms:

• 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.
• Wagering requirement: the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times.
• Example: ৳1,000 deposit → ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000. For this bonus, ৳2,000 × 10 = ৳20,000 must be wagered.
• Higher deposit example: ৳22,000 deposit → ৳20,000 bonus (maximum cap) → total ৳42,000.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on deposit + bonus.

General bonus policy:

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
• Abusing the bonus system or attempting to collect bonuses through multiple accounts is prohibited.
• qt77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus at any time.
• Bonuses may only be used in eligible game categories, as stated in the offer details.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All decisions related to betting and gaming on qt77 are considered final, unless evidence of a system error or technical fault is found.

General betting rules:

• qt77 reserves the right to accept or reject any bet.
• Payment may be delayed or an investigation may be conducted in cases of suspicious or unusual betting patterns.
• Any bet or game may be voided due to a system error, in which case the stake will be refunded.
• Market-specific rules apply to all sports betting, including cricket, football, and kabaddi.

Slots & casino games:

• All game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG).
• The game provider's rules always apply alongside qt77's general rules.
• If a game is interrupted due to a lost internet connection, the last saved state will be restored.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the qt77 platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Opening an account in someone else's name or under a false identity.
• Abusing the bonus system or bonus arbitrage.
• Using the platform through automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to intrude on the system or servers.
• Harassing or insulting other users.
• Manipulating or applying fraudulent methods in any game.

9 Account Suspension, Closure & Funds

qt77 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• In case of a breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to respond to an identity verification request.
• Evidence of suspicious financial transactions or fraudulent activity.
• At the user's own voluntary request (self-exclusion).

If an account is closed under normal circumstances, the verified balance will be returned to the user's registered mobile banking method. However, funds may be forfeited in cases of a breach of the Terms.

10 Limitation of Liability

qt77 accepts no responsibility for the following:

• Any loss caused by a lost internet connection or technical issues.
• Delays or failures by third-party payment providers.
• Force majeure events, such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, or government directives.
• Loss resulting from sharing your account credentials with others.
• Financial loss from betting or gaming — the risk of winning or losing on each bet or game is yours alone.

Our platform's total liability will in no case exceed the balance available in your account.
